DOLL HOUSES

The earliest doll houses date from 16th century Bavaria, but it was not until the 18th century that they could be found in common use. By the 1850s, the mass production of doll houses made them available at moderate prices.

This doll house was built by Clive Gray and his father Phil for his sister Nancy in 1946.
